Personal Information We Collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and cookies installed on your device. We also collect information about the pages you view and how you interact with the Site. We refer to this as "Device Information."

We collect Device Information using cookies, log files, and similar tracking technologies.

When you book a session or make a purchase, we collect your name, billing address, payment information, email address, and phone number ("Order Information").

When you submit a contact form, join our waitlist, or book an appointment, we collect your name and email address ("Scheduling Information").

To provide keyless access to our studio, we also collect information necessary to grant and verify entry at your reservation time, including your booking details and access activity ("Access Information").

Together, Device Information, Order Information, Scheduling Information, and Access Information make up "Personal Information" under this policy.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use Order Information to process payments, fulfill bookings, communicate with you, and screen for fraud.

We use Device Information to improve the Site and understand how visitors use it.

We use Scheduling Information to manage your bookings through our studio management platform.

We use Access Information solely to grant you entry to the studio at your reserved time and to maintain the security of the space.

We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any unaffiliated third party without your permission.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We share Personal Information with trusted service providers who help us operate RunPod, including:

Gymflow, our booking and scheduling platform
Kisi, our access control provider, to manage studio entry
Payment processors, to handle transactions securely
Google Analytics, to help us understand Site usage (you can opt out here)

We may also use Device Information to show you online advertisements on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google. If we do, you can opt out of targeted advertising at these locations:

Data Retention

We retain your Order and Scheduling Information for as long as necessary to maintain your booking history and for our business records, unless you ask us to delete it.
